Warranty Policy
eCig-parts.com warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from our website for a period of 90 days from original purchase date that our products are free from material defects and workmanship. If material is found to be defective from our company we will repair or replace with a comparable component. If damage arises from use of our product, the only recourse and maximum liability may be repair or replacement of your item originally purchased from eCig-parts.com. eCig-parts.com does not warrant the accuracy of the materials provided on our website, either expressly or impliedly, for any particular purpose and expressly disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Our warranty does not cover costs or defects of the product if it had been:
- Modified, altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than eCig-parts.com
- Used with any other product for purposes other than for which is was intended
- Lost or stolen during shipping
- Damaged by wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of god or by any cause other than defective material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover consumable items such as atomizers or cartomizers. Warranty may be voided if eCig-parts.com believes the products contained have been used in any violation of our guidelines. The warranty will be void if products are not used in a matter it is intended for. Services are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated without express or implied warranty.
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that our product fails to operate satisfactorily, please fill out our RMA form - our team will review your request and upon approval email you RMA number and mailing instructions. Once in receipt we will email you with an estimated delivery time.
Return Policy
Should you decide on or before the 7th day of receiving the item that you would like a refund, please fill out our RMA form and wait for return instructions before shippinig the product back to us. Please ensure that all of the components are included in your package and they are in their original condition or no refund will be given. You will be responsible for all shipping cost.
Applicable Law
You agree that the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and eCig-parts.com or its affiliates.
Disputes
Any and all disputes arising from use of eCig-parts.com products or visits to our website must be submitted to confidential arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada. All disputes will be construed, interpreted, and governed by the state of Nevada unless you have violated or threaten to violate eCig-part.com's intellectual property rights then we may seek relief in any State or Federal Court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in said courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and all decisions and/or awards shall be binding and enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms are deemed unlawful, unenforceable or voided then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between you and eCig-parts.com. Your accessing of this website and/or purchase indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
