This is a USB charger for the DSE801 series and other compatible batteries with the 801 thread pattern.

To charge your 801 electronic cigarette battery, simply screw the 801 battery into the charger (finger tight only) and plug it into a standard USB port. The LED will turn RED and flash GREEN to indicating that the battery is charging. When charging is complete, the LED will turn GREEN.
